Programme Focus
A main goal of our programming is to help facilitate supportive employment opportunities for our students. We have a dedicated pathways to employment team working to link future employers with a group of trained, ready to work young adults. We know there can be a lot of questions around hiring someone with additional needs. Our team is here to help support potential employers in making the right decision for their company, and for our students.
About our Pathways to Employment Team
Our pathways to employment team consists of two pathways to employment specialists and a vocational occupational therapist. Together with our students, we have created a vocational pathway for students ready to enter the workforce in a variety of positions including: administrative work, catering & café employment, event-based employment, sporting ambassador positions, production tasks and office administration employment.
