We are thrilled to announce the graduation of our inaugural class of 2023 with celebrations and ceremonies hosted by the Merrion Hotel on June 1 st! The day was a joyous occasion filled with well-earned congratulations to the 16 students graduating from our 2 year employability skills course in partnership with the Dublin and Dun Laoghaire Education & Training Board.

In attendance at the ceremony among students, families and staff were Ministers Anne Rabbitte, Simon Harris and Simon Coveney- key components of helping ensure our programming can be rolled out across the country.

Throughout their time in Together Academy, this inaugural graduating class showcased exceptional academic achievements and work place engagement, exemplifying the academy’s core values of inclusion, team work and ability. Following their graduation from our programming, these exceptional students are ready to navigate their way through the world of employment armed with the tools to succeed thanks to their hard work throughout their time in Together Academy.

“To see our students grow into the confident, hardworking individuals each of them are throughout
their time in Together Academy has been a joy” said Therese Coveney, Founder of Together Academy. “Our students have shown tremendous determination, resilience, and a real interest in taking an active role as future employees in the workforce.” Together Academy graduate Orla Casey remarks on her time in the course as transformational: “The courses and work experience I have received in Together Academy has made me more confident in my ability to work with people, and to speak my mind.
